Music is one of the ways I encounter the world. It creates relationships and offers a way of perceiving reality through structures that reach beyond the limits of modernity. From this encounter, artistic forms emerge in which spontaneity and composition exist in harmony. The structure itself becomes an invitation—a gateway through which the audience can enter the experience and encounter the transformative, ever-changing nature of creation.
Language and the spoken word form the foundation of my artistic practice. Equally essential, however, is the dialogue between different artistic disciplines and the playful spirit of the Gesamtkunstwerk—the total work of art. I approach creation through the principle of nonduality: music is inseparable from dance, hearing from seeing, humanity from nature, and human beings from animals.
Through both philosophy and art, I seek to speak to the contemporary human being—and to invite them back into life.
In 2022, while working as a copywriter, I met the members of Faery Music and its founder, Brigi Varga. A year later, music became a defining part of our shared creative path. Within the band, I discovered a space where I could first express myself as a lyricist, and later as a singer, dancer, and instrumentalist. It is through this collaboration that I have come to experience the freedom of artistic creation.
Our work explores a possibility for the twenty-first century: the rediscovery of the posthuman self. Even after distancing itself from nature, something wild, instinctive, and deeply alive continues to exist within us. Through our collective artistic practice, we address this forgotten dimension and invite it back into presence.
Another important artistic companion is Tamás Szathmári, whom I met in 2024 at a literary evening I was hosting. During the performance, he improvised music alongside the poems I was reading, and I was immediately struck by the depth of his musical sensitivity, artistic intuition, and educational background.
In that moment, I knew I wanted his music to accompany my words. Our first collaboration resulted in three original songs, the earliest of which was Not Afraid. Our album, Landscape of Fear, follows an artistic journey that gradually moved beyond personal expression towards a deeper understanding of art as a space of relationship, encounter, and human presence.

This concert programme brings together beloved jazz standards, iconic songs from the 1980s and 1990s, and contemporary favourites, all performed with live vocals and double bass.
Presented in the intimate atmosphere of Budapest’s cafés and cultural venues, these evenings celebrate music on a human scale—warm, immediate, and deeply personal. Each performance is an invitation to experience the living presence of music together.
In the autumn of 2023, I met photographer Bernadette Telek-Fejér during a fashion shoot organised by Art On Me. Although our first collaboration was brief, a meaningful artistic connection emerged between us.
Several months later, this encounter evolved into a shared photographic project and a common artistic vision. Entitled Fauve (Wild), the series explores the intimate relationship between femininity and nature through the symbolic presence of the wolf.
Selected photographs from the series were presented during the Not Afraid theatre performance, where Bernadette’s work was exhibited on 8 March 2025.
Not Afraid is an interdisciplinary performance that explores this question through the relationship between the human and the animal, drawing on the lived experience of womanhood.
Throughout history, the wolf has stood as a symbol of the feminine—instinctive, free, protective, and resilient. Through music, photography, literature, and philosophical reflection, the performance invites audiences into a space where these qualities can be encountered not as distant symbols, but as living possibilities within ourselves.
Not Afraid is an invitation to reconnect with the untamed dimensions of our humanity and to rediscover presence as a form of courage.
Liberta's relationship with animals has long shaped both her personal life and her philosophical and artistic practice. Alongside her academic research, this theme continually returns in her creative work—not as a private story, but as a shared human question that speaks to something deeply familiar within us all. This interdisciplinary evening creates a space for encounter, dialogue, and shared reflection. Through philosophy, music, photography, literature, and performance, audiences are invited into a deeper relationship with one another, and with the human, the woman, and the animal that coexist within us.
